LDSC is insured under New York State West Soccer Association and therefore is bound to support their current COVID guidelines. As a result the following guidelines are in effect for both indoor and outdoor events home and away:
We know this may be different than other guidance across the area and the country, but these are the expectations of the club.
The Lancaster/Depew Soccer Club runs soccer camps each year for our House and Travel players. Our camps are designed to provide a fun learning environment that will appropriately challenge players of all levels. Our summer camp is designed with sessions and training for both House and Travel players.

Our philosophy is simple and carefully designed to promote and bring out each players strengths and to help improve on their weaknesses. Technical training (skill development), tactical training, fitness, and the psychological component of the game will all be economically taught in very training session. The activities we provide are designed to be fun, challenging, and improve the overall ability of each player. This can be accomplished due in part to our low player to staff ratio; a key component in teaching the game of soccer. Players will constantly be challenged and put into an environment where they can be successful. Come meet our great coaching staff, who not only have a great knowledge of the game, but also share a passion for coaching and working with young players.

In existence since 1976, our club offers indoor and outdoor soccer programs throughout the year. The House League Recreational Program has a primary focus on player development, exercise and fun while fostering love for the game. The Travel Soccer Program focuses on player development and competition. Our travel teams compete against other towns/clubs in the Buffalo & Western New York Junior Soccer League and we strive to field the most competitive teams at each age group by developing well rounded players with strong technical ability, work ethic and positive attitudes.
We need Referees for outdoor soccer. Entry Level courses have been set up at different locations in the Buffalo area. These courses are two sessions long. The first session is a On-Line session that must be completed before you attend the second session. The second session is a one day, 8 hour, In-Person Session. These In-Person sessions have been set up at different locations in the Buffalo area. For more details and to sign up, go to www.wnyreferee.org and click on Become a Referee.
